American Craft Council: Make Room

February 28, 2017

What a busy week, I feel like I can breathe again!

I was fortunate enough to participate in the Make Room project at the American Craft Council Show in Baltimore.  American Craft Council is a non-profit organization who has supported professional makers across the states for more than 75 years.  They launched the Make Room project to help consumers visualize craft pieces they see at the show, in a decorated space.  Since the theme was based on decades, I chose the 2010s because I really wanted to showcase industrial/rustic design.

I was able to work with some of the most fabulous makers from the show including Scott Nelles, William Peirce, and Barbara Prodaniuk.  Make sure you take a peep at their work, they make some unbelievable high quality pieces.

Here are some of the photos of my Make Room vignette, enjoy! :)
